How To Use

Remove the inner heat pack from the belt cover.
Place the heat pack on a clean, non-metallic plate in the microwave.
Heat according to the manufacturer's instructions. Do not overheat.
Allow the pack to stand for 30 seconds before removing. Check the temperature is comfortable before use.
For a cold compress, place the inner pack in a sealed plastic bag and freeze for at least 2-3 hours.
Insert the pack back into the belt cover and fasten securely around the tummy.

Always follow heating instructions carefully. Do not overheat. Check the temperature before applying to the skin. For microwave use only.
