Shipping policy

Cosmetics Squad delivers Australia-wide and to New Zealand. All orders are packed and dispatched from Ormond, Victoria, Australia.

Carriers and tracking
We ship with Australia Post and CouriersPlease. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post tracking page or the CouriersPlease tracking page.

Processing time
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Processing may take longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas and major sales.

Delivery timeframes and rates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary with your location and the carrier. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

New Zealand orders
Prices are charged in Australian dollars. Orders to New Zealand may be subject to import duties or taxes imposed by New Zealand authorities, which are payable by the recipient.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, email us. We will contact the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. You do not need to deal with the carrier yourself. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice an error, email us straight away. We can update it if the order has not yet been dispatched.
