When you purchase a Product through Cosmetics Squad, Cosmetics Squad is your point of contact for your purchase, including customer service, order enquiries, delivery enquiries, returns and refunds.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer our Products and Services to you.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetics, skincare, fragrances and similar products cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a Product is faulty, unsafe or not as described.
