HOW IT WORKS - Heat helps restore movement, and cold can help minimize damage to muscles and soft tissues. Heat should be applied to the affected area where pain is felt. It can be used before exercise as part of a warn up. Cold should be applied to the affected area as soon as possible after injury when pain is felt. Apply the cold pack until all swelling has subsided

MULTIPURPOSE AND REUSABLE - The Soodox Hot & Cold Gel Pack is durable and long lasting. It can be put in a freezer for 1 hour or microwave for 30 seconds and will maintain temperature for up to 60 minutes.
