How To Use

Eye Mask:

Place the eye mask gently over your eyes and put the elastic strap around your head.

Ear Plugs:

With clean hands, roll the ear plug into a tight, crease-free cylinder.
With your opposite hand, pull your ear up and back.
Insert the ear plug well inside your ear canal.
Hold for 30-40 seconds until the ear plug fully expands in your ear canal.
If not fitted correctly, remove and refit.

Warnings

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Ear plugs should be used once and then discarded. Do not use dirty ear plugs. If you have a history of ear problems, please consult your doctor before use.
