A supportive blend of 100% pure Lavender, Geranium, Orange, Jasmine, and Rose essential oils which have been traditionally used in aromatherapy for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with PMS including mood swings, headaches, period pains, and sleeplessness.

Methods of Use:
  • Vaporise: 6 - 9 drops of water in Diffuser.
  • Massage: 6 drops to 12ml of massage base oil and massage over the body.
  • Spritz: 6 drops in 100ml Spritz bottle of water and spray surrounding air avoiding the eye area. Before use refer to leaflet.
