How To Use

Slide your foot into the elastic sleeve. For the right ankle, turn the support inside out.
Wrap the strap around the ankle in a figure-8 shape.
Attach the hook fastener onto the support, adjusting the strap to your desired comfort level.

Only use on clean, intact skin. The product should be applied as indicated. Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted.
