As you transition through menopause, it is recommended to eat a diet low in carbohydrates, saturated fat, sugar and sodium. Food should contain protein, fibre, calcium, iron and vitamin D. This menopause relief shake is low in calories, carbohydrates and low in saturated fats, sugars and sodium. The vitality shake contains protein, essential amino acids, MCT, prebiotic fibre and vitamins and minerals. This is NOT a meal replacement shake.

How To Use

Add one scoop (approx. 20g) to 200-250ml of hot or cold water.
