How To Use

Slip the ankle guard over your foot. For reduced pressure, apply over one or two sports socks.
Lace up completely and tie the laces. Ensure the guard is firm but not overly tight or restrictive.
Cross both outer straps over the laces, pass them under the heel, and attach them to either side of the brace.
Place your dressed foot into your sports shoe and tie the shoe laces firmly.
Adjust the outer straps for a more secure fit.
Secure the top elastic strap.
