Directions

Adults:

For Omega-3 supplement:
Take 1-2 capsules daily.
For healthy blood lipids maintenance, cardiovascular system and heart health:
Take 2 capsules three times daily.
For mild arthritis and mild joint inflammation relief:
Take 4 capsules three times daily.

Children 6-12 years old:
Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. You may pierce the capsule and squeeze the contents into milk or juice.
