How to Use

Take only one dose recommendation, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
• General health: Adults – Take 2 capsules once a day
• Brain and eye health: Adults – Take 3 capsules once a day
• Healthy growth and development: Children 1–17 years – Give 2 capsules once a day
Children unable to swallow capsules: Pierce the capsule, squeeze the contents into milk, juice or cereal, and consume immediately. Do not swallow whole.
