How to Use

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 teaspoons twice daily.

Children 4–11 years: Take 2 teaspoons once daily.

Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber powder into at least ½ cup of any hot or cold beverage or soft food until the powder has dissolved.

Two teaspoons provide 3 g of soluble fibre.
