The Thermoskin Elastic Ankle Wrap features an adjustable hook-and-loop strap that allows you to apply additional compression medially or laterally as needed. Its innovative two-way elastic construction contours to the affected area, providing even compression to help reduce swelling and support injured muscles and joints. Designed for comfortable extended wear, it provides adjustable support for a range of ankle conditions.

Instructions

Place your foot into the elastic sock.
Take the wrap and cross it over the top of your foot and under the arch.
Wrap it around the ankle and attach the hook closure at the desired level of compression.
To use the wrap on the opposite ankle, turn it inside out before applying.
