How To Use

The application must always be carried out by a second person.
Lie down in a comfortable side position.
Light the non-labeled end of the Earcandle and place the non-burning end gently into the outer ear canal with a slight twisting motion.
The second person will hold the Earcandle firmly in place throughout the process. It is sealed in place when no smoke is escaping from the side.
The candle will be removed when it has burned down to approximately 1cm above the red line marking.
Carefully remove the remainder of the ear candle and extinguish it in a glass of water ready nearby.
A subsequent rest of about 15-30 minutes is recommended to enhance the overall effect.

For external use only. Do not use on children under 3 years of age. Do not use if you have a perforated eardrum or grommets. Always follow the instructions carefully. Use is at your own risk.
