How To Use

Always remove the inner gel pack from the plush cover before heating or cooling.

For Cold Therapy:

Place the gel pack in the freezer for at least one hour.
Insert the frozen gel pack back into the plush cover.
Apply to the affected area for soothing relief.

For Hot Therapy:

Place the gel pack in the microwave.
Heat in 10-second intervals until the desired temperature is reached.
Carefully remove from the microwave and knead the pack to distribute heat evenly.
Insert the heated gel pack back into the plush cover.
Apply to the affected area for comforting warmth.
