Calm your mind with this blend of pure essential oils, often used to create a peaceful environment in preparation for restful sleep. Designed for diffusing, massage or inhalation. Part of Natio's Home Happiness range.

How To Use:

For use with a burner or diffuser add 3-6 drops to water. For massage add 3-6 drops to 1 teaspoon of carrier oil. For inhalation add 3-6 drops to 1 litre of steaming water and inhale with eyes closed.
