Filled with 100% Australian wheat, this pack easily moulds to any part of the body, making it ideal for targeting muscle soreness, joint stiffness, and abdominal cramps. It can be heated in the microwave for warmth or chilled in the freezer for use as a cold pack.

How To Use

Ensure the microwave turntable is clean and can rotate freely.
Place the wheat pack flat onto the turntable.
Heat for 60-90 seconds. Do not exceed the recommended heating time.
Carefully remove the pack from the microwave. Test the temperature on your wrist to ensure it is comfortable before applying to the affected area.
To use as a cold pack, place in a sealed plastic bag and store in the freezer for at least 45 minutes.
