How To Use

Soak nuts or seeds of your choice for 4-12 hours.
Rinse and drain the nuts/seeds.
Add to a blender with filtered water and blend until smooth.
Place the nut milk bag into a large bowl or jug and pour the mixture in.
Gently squeeze the bag to strain all of the liquid out.
Store your fresh milk in the fridge for 3-5 days.
