How To Use

  1. Soak nuts or seeds of your choice for 4-12 hours.

  2. Rinse and drain the nuts/seeds.

  3. Add to a blender with filtered water and blend until smooth.

  4. Place the nut milk bag into a large bowl or jug and pour the mixture in.

  5. Gently squeeze the bag to strain all of the liquid out.

  6. Store your fresh milk in the fridge for 3-5 days.
