How To Use

Ensure the inside of your shoe is clean and dry before inserting the insole.
Remove the plastic backing from the insole.
Look for the marking to indicate the left (L) versus right (R) insole.
Place the insole in the correct shoe with the sticky side down.
Position the insole so that the raised area starts at the beginning of the slope of your shoe, directly under the ball of your foot.
Reposition as needed to ensure a comfortable fit.
Replace after six months or at the first signs of wear.
