How To Use

  1. Ensure you are relaxed and seated comfortably.

  2. Wrap the arm cuff snugly around your upper arm, 1-2 cm above the elbow.

  4. The cuff will inflate and deflate automatically as the measurement is taken.

  5. Your blood pressure and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
