How To Use

Unscrew the cap and fill the bag up to two-thirds full (approximately 600 ml) with a mixture of ice and cold water. The ice-to-water ratio can be adjusted for your desired comfort level.
Secure the cap tightly and ensure there are no leaks.
Perform a touch test. If the bag feels too cold, let it warm slightly before application.
Place your foot on the elasticated base with your heel positioned at the back. Wrap the ice-filled flaps around your ankle.
Secure with the adjustable strap and apply compression for a comfortable, snug fit.
For best results, elevate and rest your limb during use.

Recommended use is for up to 20 minutes at a time, with 1-hour intervals between applications.

Warnings

Seek medical advice before use if you have a history of frostbite, hypersensitivity to cold, or circulation issues. For cold application only. Do not fill with hot water or use in a microwave. Limit application time to avoid ice burns or frostbite. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any pain or discomfort. Do not apply directly to open wounds or damaged skin. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Children over 3 should only use this product under adult supervision. For hygiene reasons, this product is intended for single-patient use only.
