How to Use:

Pour 15mL of the mouth rinse into a cup.
Swish the solution around your mouth for 30 seconds, making sure to cover all areas.
Spit out the rinse. Do not swallow.
Use twice daily for optimal results, after brushing and flossing.

Warnings:

It is important to see your dentist for removal of any stain or tartar at least every six months or more frequently if your dentist advises. Severe allergic reactions to chlorhexidine can occur. Stop use and seek medical advice if this occurs. If red or bleeding gums persist for more than 2 weeks, stop use and seek professional advice from your dentist. Painful, swollen gums, loose teeth and bad breath may be signs of periodontitis, a serious form of gum disease which requires professional treatment. CAUTION Do not use if cap seal is broken.
