The root of the Dandelion plant is traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine to support healthy digestion and relieve the uncomfortable symptoms of indigestion.

It is used in traditional Western Herbal Medicine to enhance liver health and to support gallbladder function. It helps promote the secretion and flow of bile, a digestive fluid which is product by the liver and stored in the gallbladder. Other traditional Western Herbal Medicine uses include its ability to relieve the loss of appetite, reduce constipation and increase urine output.
