Arthro-Aid Direct contains camphor, menthol and other ingredients in a non-greasy base. Arthro-Aid Cream is easy to apply and includes skin care moisturisers. Camphor and menthol are traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to reduce mild rheumatic aches and pains. Camphor also helps relieve the symptoms of muscle sprain in traditional Western herbal medicine. Warnings For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Glucosamine is derived from seafood. Always read the label. Use only as directed. If irritation occurs discontinue use and seek medical advice. Do not use if the foil seal at the mouth of the tube is missing, torn or broken. The colour may vary due to seasonal colour variation of the natural ingredient Aloe Vera. HOW TO USE:

Cleanse, rinse and dry skin prior to application. Apply 5-7.5g Arthro-Aid Direct cream to affected areas and gently massage until the cream disappears. Use three times daily.
