How to apply:
Use the applicator tip to gently dab concealer where needed and build coverage until desired level is reached. 
Using the wand tip, dab on this long-wearing concealer. To blend, gently pat it in with your ring finger (the pros never use a pointer, FYI, because it's too easy to apply too much pressure and smear away your concealer). Build until you have as much coverage as you want.
