How To Use

Bring a pot of water to a boil, then remove from the heat and let it stand for 30 seconds.
Place the mouthguard in the hot water for 60 seconds. Do not exceed this time.
Carefully remove the mouthguard from the water with a spoon.
Cool the mouthguard by running it under tap water for 1-2 seconds to bring it to a comfortable temperature.
Carefully place the mouthguard around your upper teeth.
Bite down firmly and suck in your cheeks for 20 seconds to create a tight mould.
Remove the mouthguard and place it in cold water for 30 seconds to set the shape.
