Heating Instructions:

  1. Place the wheat pack on a microwave turntable.
  2. Heat according to the microwave wattage:
    • 700 watts: 2 minutes 30 seconds
    • 1000 watts: 1 minute 45 seconds
    • 1200 watts: 1 minute 25 seconds
  3. Let the pack cool before removing it from the microwave using a towel.
  4. Ensure the pack is completely cool before reheating.

Cooling Instructions:

  1. Place the wheat pack in a plastic bag and freeze for 2 hours.
  2. Remove from the bag prior to application.

Storage Instructions:

  • Store in a cool, clean environment, preferably sealed in a plastic container or bag in the freezer.

Care Instructions:

  • Do not wash or wet the wheat pack.
  • Sponge the outer fabric with a damp cloth and ensure the pack is fully dry before reheating.
  • Store in a cool, clean place, away from direct sunlight.
  • Dispose of the wheat pack if it shows any signs of degradation or burning.
