Chaste Tree: Chaste Tree may be used for menstrual irregularities and relief of PMS symptoms such as breast tenderness, headaches, irritability and fluid retention. Also used to relieve menopausal symptoms.

Angelica: Angelica is an aromatic herb commonly used in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as a female remedy for gynaecological conditions.

Vitamin D: Vitamin D helps in regulating calcium and phosphorus levels in the body, and also assists the development and maintenance of bones, healthy skin and muscle strength.

Directions:

Starting dose: 2-3 tablets per day, continuously for 2-3 months

Maintenance dose: 1-2 tablets per day.

Ingredients:

Vitex agnus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree): 175mg, Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai): 2g, Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony): 2g, Bupleurum falcatum root: 1g.

Calcium hydrogen phosphate, Cellulose – microcrystalline, Croscarmellose sodium, Hypromellose, Silica – colloidal anhydrous, Magnesium stearate, Chlorophyllin – copper complex, Carnauba wax. Tablet coating proprietary ingredient PI 4029. Vitamin D3 150IU (Cholecalciferol): 3.75ug Vitamin B6 (from Pyridoxine hydrochloride): 25mg
