How To Use
- Ensure the inside of your shoe is clean and dry before inserting the insole.
- Remove the plastic backing from the insole.
- Look for the marking to indicate the left (L) versus right (R) insole.
- Place the insole in the correct shoe with the sticky side down.
- Position the insole so that the raised area starts at the beginning of the slope of your shoe, directly under the ball of your foot.
- Reposition as needed to ensure a comfortable fit.
- Replace after six months or at the first signs of wear.
