How to Use:

  • For Soaking: Add at least 2 cups of Dr Teal's Epsom Salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 20 minutes to allow the minerals to relieve discomfort.

  • For Exfoliation: Combine a handful of Dr Teal's Epsom Salt with your favorite body wash. Gently massage onto the skin to exfoliate dry patches, revealing a healthier complexion.
