How To Use

Adults: Take 1 gel capsule daily with a main meal, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
Selancy for Women should ideally be taken at least 4-6 weeks prior to conception, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Warnings

Store below 25°C and away from direct heat and sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if blister pack is compromised. This medicine contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Contains fish products as Omega-3 triglycerides, Soyabean products and Sulfites. Always read the label and use only as directed. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced and healthy diet. Seek medical advice if you have had a baby with neural tube defects such as spina bifida. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
