How To Use

Apply one Living Today Detox Foot Pad to the sole of each foot before bed, every night or every second night to assist your body in detoxification.
Apply the pads to the arch of the foot. For problems with a specific organ, apply the pads to the corresponding reflexology point.
Peel the paper from the adhesive sheet and place the foot pad in the centre of the adhesive sheet. The side of the pad with the lettering should be placed against the adhesive surface.
