Refrigerated probiotics must be kept in cold storage, though Inner Health fridge-stored probiotics have been well-tested & show they remain live & effective for up to 7 days at room temperatures of under 30°C, provided they are re-refrigerated & used within 6 months.

HOW TO USE:

Suitable for dairy and lactose intolerant people. Using a dry spoon, take 3g (1 metric teaspoon) daily. Mix into water, juice, milk or sprinkle on your breakfast cereal. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional.
