How To Use

Open the outer package only when ready to use.
Remove the warmer from the sachet; do not shake.
Peel away the paper backing.
Adhere the warmer to the outside of your clothing.

Warnings

Burn hazard. Direct skin contact should only occur on palms of the hand; do not apply directly to the skin on any other part of the body.
Do not use on the same place for an extended period of time. Remove if it becomes uncomfortably hot.
Do not use while sleeping, on infants or small children, with other heating devices, on frostbite, sensitive skin, or on individuals with diabetes, circulatory problems, nerve damage, or paralysis.
Keep out of reach of children.
