How To Use

Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before handling the cup.
Fold the cup and gently insert it into the vagina, aiming towards the tailbone until it opens and forms a seal.
Wear for up to 8 hours depending on flow, removing sooner if needed.
To remove, wash hands, gently break the seal by pinching the base, then slowly pull the cup out and keep it upright.
Empty the contents into the toilet, rinse the cup with clean water, and reinsert or store as required.
At the end of the cycle, clean the cup thoroughly according to the manufacturer’s guidance and store in a dry, ventilated place.
