How To Use

To find the correct pressure point (Nei-Kuan), place the middle three fingers on the inside of the child's wrist, with the edge of the third finger just on the wrist crease.
The Nei-Kuan point is located just under the edge of the index finger, between the two central tendons.
Position the plastic stud on the band so it faces downward over this Nei-Kuan point.
Repeat the process for the other wrist.
Both bands must be worn simultaneously, one on each wrist, to be effective.
