Indications
Open all hook and loop fasteners and slide foot into the stabilizer loop the top strap through the buckle pull and secure it fit should feel firm,yet comfortable. Pull the left foot strap up and over the top of the foot attaching the hook and loop fastener to the opposite side of the ankle stabilizer. Follow the same directions for the right foot strap. Adjust both straps until fit around bottom of foot feels firm, yet comfortable.

Dosage
Attach all closures before washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm water, rinse well and air dry away from heat and sunlight.
