DIRECTIONS OF USE:

Use on clean, dry skin.
Tear open plastic packet, remove protective film from patch.
Patch will activate in 60 seconds and remain warm for up to 12 hours*.
Apply patch to the affected area, wrap belt around waist and secure with velcro for a snug fit.
Unfasten velcro to remove.
SINGLE USE ONLY
This product is air activated - only open when ready to use.
Do not attempt to reheat in oven or microwave.
Do not cut, massage, fold or wet the patch.
Do not use if patch is damaged or torn.
Store below 30°C.
